 The Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement was signed by [[governance:List of people who will sign the Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement|members of the Evergreen community]], called the //Evergreen Oversight Board//, who were part of the Governance Committee that formed at the 2010 Evergreen International Conference. One of the first requirements of the Rules of Governance is for this initial set of Evergreen Oversight Board members to define a mechanism for electing Board members in future years.
