From the Evergreen Project Bylaws - "The Standing Conference Committee is responsible for planning and running the annual conference of the Corporation, subject to limitations and requirements imposed by the Board."

The Evergreen Project Standing Conference Committee meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET.
