    - Dan Scott to create a draft page and request feedback for "Evergreen supported releases" document.
      * Status: Not yet done. dbs will keep it on his to-do list if nobody else volunteers.

    - Bill Erickson to report on release of KCLS OPAC skin.
      * Status: Bill not present today
      * Recommendation: move this agenda item to the Community Meeting
      * **ACTION**: Dan Scott will add it to the Community Meeting agenda
    - Lebbeous Fogle-Weekley to post link to serials document when it is ready.
      * The serials documentation is part of a larger body of documentation being sponsored by GPLS. It's being integrated with other documentation. At some point it will be available for all to enjoy (hopefully by Christmas).
    - Dan Wells reported seeing IE crash with his 1.6 catalog, he will test with the beta catalog.
      * Dan Wells cannot make the meeting, but reports that he was unable to reproduce this bug with the beta catalog.
      * Jason Stephenson was also unable to reproduce this problem.
    - Dan Scott volunteered to tackle [[https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/680575|unexpected payload]] bug.
      * Status: [[http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/ILS/changeset/18898|Fixed]] with a big assist from Jason Etheridge
    - Jason Stephenson offered to go through the list of "Fix Committed" bugs and change those that were tied to an actual release to "Fix Released"
      * Status: **Done** - 10 bugs were cleaned up this way
      * **ACTION** Jason Stephenson will tackle this again after beta5
    - Dan Scott will post a call to the -devel list for a bug-squashing day tied to beta4 release
      * Status: Not yet done. dbs will keep it on his to-do list if nobody else volunteers.
      * **ACTION**: Jason Stephenson volunteered to pick up this responsibility. Yay Jason!
    - Mike Rylander to write release notes for Evergreen 1.6.1.4.
      * Status: Not yet done. Mike will keep it on his to-do list if nobody else volunteers.
    - Dan Scott to write release notes for OpenSRF 1.6.1.
      * Status: Not yet done. dbs will keep it on his to-do list if nobody else volunteers.
  - (2 min) Review Opportunity Items from previous meeting
    - Call for head bug wrangler to help coordinate QA efforts like bug-squshing days, triaging bugs, generating patches, etc.?
      * **ACTION** Jason Stephenson will tackle this, beginning with an effort to coordinate via the mailing list 
    - Need for someone to implement proper [[http://sourceware.org/autobook/autobook/autobook_91.html|library versioning using autotools]]
      * Status: Committed [[http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/OpenSRF/changeset/2118|libopensrf]] and [[http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/OpenSRF/changeset/2123|c-apps]] versioning to OpenSRF trunk in preparation for OpenSRF 2.0 release
      * Still needs to be applied to Evergreen release
        * **ACTION** Dan Scott will apply versioning to Evergreen in preparation for 2.0 beta 5
  - (10 min) 2.0 beta status? List of [[https://launchpad.net/evergreen/+milestone/2.0beta4|bugs targeted to the beta4 release]]
    * Status: beta4 bugs were all closed
    * **ACTION** Jason Stephenson will target any old bugs that he can reproduce on 2.0 beta 4 to [[https://launchpad.net/evergreen/+milestone/2.0beta5|beta 5]]
    * **ACTION** Mike Rylander will cut 2.0 beta 5
  - 1.6.1.5 release:
    * Several bugs have been fixed since 1.6.1.4
    * **ACTION** Mike Rylander will cut a 1.6.1.5 release within a few days
  - 1.6.2.0 release:
    * Several features were funded for development by Equinox with the expectation of a 1.6.2.0 release
    * Upgrade path from 1.6.2.x would be to 2.1.x
    * General agreement is that we don't really want to promote adoption of 1.6.2.x - please go directly to 2.0.x if possible
