Powers that be--can we just have one collective community calendar (pretty please)?// - //Debbie needs to send out a call for pet pictures for the DIG promo lightning talk!// - //Susan gave an update on the OpenAthens documentation. PINES does not have anything. Andrea will check with KCLS. (Also on the acq thing?)// - //With 3.11 coming out in May, should we talk about it? We looked at the roadmap for 3.11. This seems like a good thing to focus on at the hackfest, too// - //Blake is hoping to upgrade our Antora// - Bugs for Bug Squashing Week! - //We went over 2 docs bugs on the pull request tab together and signed off on one (Debbie's first ever sign off!)// - Other Business? - //We discussed the abomination of making lists and then not crossing/checking off the finished tasks.// - //Looked at SchemaSpy--cool! Could be solution to the loss of schema when we went to Antora// - //PanDoc also can take asciidoc (per file) and make a pdf of it// - //Future presentation topic: maybe have Stephanie (or someone) talk about Accessibility and proper ways to make sure documentation complies (for example, when to use/not use alt tags)// - Next meeting: April 6, 2023 - Topic: Sharing what our individual institutions use for documentation **Note:** At the May 2018 Documentation Interest Group (DIG) meeting in person at the Evergreen International Conference in St. Charles, Missouri, it was agreed that DIG meetings would alternate each month between meetings that were half agenda, half collaboration in one month, and a full meeting length of working on the documentation in the other month. At the November 2020 DIG meeting on IRC, it was agreed that DIG would move the collaboration/working months to a videoconference platform and continue having the business meetings on IRC. At the June 2022 meeting of DIG's Core Committers and Leaders, it was agreed to switch completely to videoconference meetings, unless a formally recorded vote on something is needed.
