If your scanner is inserting a b in front of the barcode and trailing a d, then you will need to restore your scanner to its default properties.  If your scanner is not automatically entering your barcode when scanning it in, then you will also need to restore the barcode to its default settings.

   1. Scan the barcode on the first page: “Enter/Exit Program Mode”
   2. Scan the barcode on the top of second page:  “Recall Defaults”
   3. Scan the barcode on the first page: “Enter/Exit Program Mode”
