      * We are considering adding a conference t-shirt to merchandising options this year. Since a conference t-shirt has a short shelf life, if we add a short, we will make them available through pre-orders. Rogan and Kathy are now investigating WordPress store plugins to see if we can make this happen without too much difficulty.

      * Planning has begun for the 2017 annual report.
      * The ALA MidWinter meetup is scheduled for 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, February 10 at the Colorado Convention Center, Mile High 1E. Our program is called //Evergreen at the desk, on the road, and everywhere in between// and will focus on the web client.
