==== Review of the proposed amendments to the Project's Articles of Incorporation ====
  * Per the instructions of the Project's legal counsel, updates to the 7th and 8th articles were proposed to bring the Articles in line with the requirements of the IRS for 501 (c) (3) agencies. 
  * After a very brief discussion, a roll call vote approved the updates unanimously.
  * The official application will be updated to reflect the language approved and sent to G. Charlton for submission to the MO Secretary of State's office so that the requisite payment can be issued.
