    * General discussion on how libraries are currently using reserves (25 mins)
      * How are Evergreen libraries handling reserves? What are the pros and cons of your approach? Is there additional functionality that would make it easier? Are reserves still mostly needed for physical items are are you shifting more towards electronic use?
