Server-side code is undergoing a lot of rapid debugging that we might not take the time to document here.  I'm just going to list the changes to client-side code (of which there is very little) for stamped releases of the staff client for now.

  * Fixed a survey wizard bug
  * Fixed an offline receipt bug

  * Moved some OPAC related wrapping code to remote xul to make future changes easier, but reintroduced the Back/Forward navigation bug.

  * Moved the OPAC wrapper back to local xul. :(

==== beta.04 ====
  * Fixed some of the catalog sub-interfaces and the OPAC wrapper, added a default view preference for catalogers
