  * 2023 Annual Report (Rogan)
    * Rogan asked for any additional feedback on the draft annual report.
    * No major changes are likely to happen but minor changes will be.

  * Vendor Cleanup - Emerald re-added it, BCCoop's was found.
    * Rogan reported that he had not heard from Catalyte and will give them a little longer before removing them from the list.

  * Rogan announced that NOBLE has agreed to host the 2024 Hack-a-way in Massachusetts.

  *Steven asked about the best place to leave website feedback.  
    *Stephanie explained some of the backstory and provenance of our current site and approach to overhauling it. 
    *The group talked about the live website, development website, and wireframe document.
  *Debbie mentioned an email on the outreach list about list moderators and asked who to contact about being removed as a moderator.
