    * Removing old items (fundraising) and focusing on what we actually do (communications)

    * Monthly newsletter? Possibly MailerLite.
  * Project Management for Outreach (Discussion)
    * Tools: Trello, Notion.io, Monday
    * Ideally, we should unify tooling with other groups
    * Requirements: task lists, assignments, recurring tasks, email reminders, visual display, GSuite integration
    * Other needs: cost, number of accounts, ease of management, nonprofit options, task import / export, task discussion tools
    * If the board is considering Slack, there are PM tools there as well
    * Next month demos:
      * Stephanie - Monday
      * Rogan - Notion
      * Debbie - Trello
    * Debbie will get a rubric together for evaluating the PM tool
    * Stretch goal: if our tool can mirror tasks to Jira / other tools, even better!
  * Outreach: the Gritty Reboot (Discussion)
    * Consider working meetings / workshops as needed - concerns about time for these
    * Alternate meetings with work sessions?
    * Be more focused in meetings!
    * Parcel out workload to be achievable each month
