Agenda: Review & discussion of community website survey responses

  * ACTION: Ruth will investigate Slack pricing for the community
  * Discussion of barriers presented by IRC
  * Consider making more use of the blog to show meeting summaries & recordings, etc.
    * ACTION: Stephanie will create a tag for Seeds podcast and collocate those
  * ACTION: Stephanie will create a survey about communications channels for collaboration (Slack, IRC)
  * ACTION: ABN will update agenda to include discussion of moving off IRC for dev meetings
  * Strong preference for "module" based pages (circulation, cataloging, etc.)
  * Strong preference among survey respondents for more sales-y / marketing content
  * Also preference for introductions & onboarding for new users
  * Two audience groups:
    * Marketing: potential users; decision makers; evaluation; "how do I get it?"
    * Community: current & new users; information; onboarding; "how do I do it?"
  * Possible different subdomains for two groups? Or keep it all on the main site & tailor content / make it modular?
  * Would like to see some screenshots or other elements needed for each audience group?
  * Discussion of listservs, GPLS domain ownership, etc. No need to move this now.
  * ACTION: Stephanie will work on content strategy & extract useful information from our old website working doc
  * Also consider sharing specs on the public webpage; and sharing RFPs as well
