    * Progress on video library, functional by Monday  
  * Press releases (Andrea) 
    * 3.15.0 went out at end of April & was posted by Marshal
    * Forthcoming: conference wrap-up week of 19th
    * ABN will share PR folder with Outreach folks
  * Social Media - Conference Posting
    * Advocates - PaILS (SPARK), QuiPu
    * Ally - Bibliomation, Consortium of Ohio Libraries, MOBIUS, Sitka (BC Libraries Coop)
    * Champion - Evergreen Collaborative Development Initiative (ECDI), Equinox Open Library Initiative, Midwest Tape, STAT Courier Service, Unique Management
    * Rogan will do Bluesky, Stephanie will do Facebook posts; maybe LinkedIn if they come through with access
  * Aspen Working Group (Rogan)
    * Will be discussing at June 5th Evergreen Aspen Meeting.
    * Propose a mailing list and adding to web site as a working group.
  * Hack-A-Way (Rogan)
    * MOBIUS has expressed interest in hosting
  * 2024 Annual Report (Rogan)
    * Review of consolidated feedback & final edits

    * Rogan will send Corey the last edits tomorrow
    * Rogan will put on the website ahead of the project update (Wednesday 14th) and coordinate with Galen to mention it in the project update.
  * Misc: Stephanie will add to release notes the instructions for clearing the cache on the downloads page.
