    * Blake has created a searchable "database" of conference presentations
    * Uses the DataTable WordPress plugin which parses a csv file
    * This did not work because our server was missing a package, which Blake was able to update thanks to Chris
    * Blake wants to know if he can upgrade the website to also use this plugin - Andrea & Rogan directed him to Infrastructure Committee, with the blessing of Outreach
    * Conference Committee should update the data but the full process is still TBD

    * Question from Debbie: Conference does not have a social media person. Who will handle this?
      * Outreach can handle posting as long as they have an information sheet from Outreach
      * Advised that Kathy be looped in on this conversation
  * Youtube Site (Debbie)
    * Still pending
    * Question from Debbie: can the YouTube account be under her community email or should it be a generic account? Debbie doesn't have a preference. General agreement is that it's OK to use her community email.

  * Annual Report (Rogan)
    * Assignments were given
    * Content deadline: Friday February 20th
    * Debbie will talk to BJ about the possibility of printing it locally via KCLS resources
