Meeting called to order at 4:04pm ET

  * Inspirational Reminder - Be the piranha you want to be.
  * Introductions
  * Review of backburner items (Rogan)
  * Press releases (Andrea) 
    * PR sent for Membership in November
    * PR needed for post-Hackaway - Rogan will send text
    * PR sources - ABN will ask Laura B.
    * PR in January for Conference?
  * Social Media (Kathy)  
    * Conference would appreciate our assistance with Social Media
    * Kathy: does Conference or Outreach post to the blog? Rogan: it's Conference.
      * Debbie will follow up with Conference Committee about 2026 Conference blog posts & social media
    * Putting some posts out there; working with Publer to coordinate posts
    * Paid Publer will allow you to schedule posts as well as schedule the first comment (if on Facebook)
    * Paid Publer is relatively inexpensive
    * Kathy has also looked at LinkedIn for the Evergreen Community but this is not straightforward. Options include:
      * Company (Koha Community has this)
      * Product (Koha does not have this - individual support providers can name Koha as their product)
      * Group (some OS communities do that)
      * Kathy's recommendation: a Company page for TEP community; and a Product page for the ILS. Kathy will manage both. Outreach Committee agrees.
  * Youtube Site
    * Debbie would like to take this on; she will contact Katie or Galen for an evergreen-ils account
  * Miscellaneous:
    * Calendar change from "Developer" to "Development" Meeting to make this more inclusive
    * Kathy will be orchestrating a social media challenge in advance of the in-person conference
    * Misty will be helping with the Annual Report wrangling
