    * Andrea to redo one of the "Committed to Evergreen" graphs in shades of blue
    * General agreement that we're making progress towards the "more pretty, less wordy" goal
    * Aiming for electronic distribution the week of the conference
  * Community Spotlight (Andrea) 
    * Terran was March's Community Spotlight
    * April's Community Spotlight nominee has been selected; Andrea will reach out to them
  * Press releases (Ron)
    * Looking for Press Release material; send any to Ron if you have it
    * Will work on a press release re conference cancellation and other COVID-related issues
  * ALA Meetup (Debbie) 
    * No ALA, no meetup :-(
    * Potentially a virtual event June 24-26
  * Conference Merchandise (Debbie)
    * Nothing to report
  * LITA blog post and/or webinar?
    * Still on Andrea's list but no action to report at this time

  * Volunteers for helping organize a virtual conference 
    * Rogan, Andrea, Debbie (small things / continuity), Ruth (small things), Kean
    * Possibilities: ask for donations; institutional sponsorship (via teleconf software or otherwise?); reach out to presenters and ask if they want to do virtual presentations
    * Recordings (pending presenter / audience agreement) which will be posted on YouTube
