**Website rebuild**
    * Test site has been set up (https://evergreen-dev.isl.lib.in.us/)
    * Two motivations for the redesign project
      * Website has a dated appearance and should be more aesthetically pleasing (We will consider bringing in others with website design skills to assist.).
      * Navigation is currently overly complex and should be simplified.
    * Additional consideration for turning off comments for posts.  
    * Website should be less dependent on extensive catalog of plug-ins.
    * At September meeting, working time will be set aside for establishing navigational structure.
