====== Student Success Working Group, 25 April 2024 ======

The Student Success Group met during the Hackfest of the 2024 Evergreen International Conference.

  * Topics that are of interest that were raised during the meeting
    * tools for eresources - managing a set of MARC records for importing, managing invoicing for acq, Cataloguing Working Group would also be a good place to talk/post about this
    * acq patron request through OPAC
    * course reserves
      * Beth Willis shared a presentation on the top bugs for NOBLE
    * booking - some libraries have moved to 3rd party products for booking as the booking module at present doesn't fulfill their needs
      * there is a need to either devote time and money to booking or decide that libraries should pursue other options
      * some of the needs include a calendar and the ability for users to make bookings (not just staff)
    * serials - lack of quick receive is an issue
    * patron loading - bugs should be tagged with patron-imports [[https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bugs?field.tag=patron-imports|existing bugs]]
    * End of Semester - possibility to have an action trigger that is tied into the hard due date
