If the Apache gateway is installed, the a gateway.xml.example file will be placed into the ETCDIR.  Copy this file to gateway.xml and edit:

   - domain1 should be the jabber domain
   - for chop chop, username and password don't matter
   - point client log to a valid log location (that the Apache process has write access to)
   - port must be the port *number* that chop chop is listening on (usually 5222)
