Apache2 can be downloaded at http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi

Note: At present, Evergreen is only compatible with Apache 2.0.x.  Apache 2.2.x produces errors (which are being worked on in future versions of Evergreen)

A Vanilla install of Apache2 with SSL enabled should suffice.  Below is how we built our test Apache server
