AngularJS Staff Interfaces

UI widgets beginning with uib-* come from the AngularJS Bootstrap library.

The AngularJS interfaces use Glyphicons, which used to be bundled with Bootstrap. See https://glyphicons.bootstrapcheatsheets.com for icon names, Unicode entities, and CSS generated content codes.
