  • Web Site Survey - no additional feedback from Board; Rogan will plan to release the survey later this month.
  • Stephanie has fixed the bylines issue & is working on calendar issue
  • Hackaway attendees will meet to discuss website
• Press releases (Andrea)
  • ACTION: ABN will draft press releases for 3.14 and (post-) Hackaway
  • Question: do we want to put out "welcome to the community press release" with new migrations from various sources - or perhaps a newsletter?
  • Newsletter tabled until we have someone to take it up.
• Social Media (Kathryn)
  • Matrix of Social Media Tools
  • We will explore using Hootsuite on a free-trial basis.
• Hack-A-Way (Rogan)
  • This is coming up soon!
• Outreach Budget (Rogan)
  • This has been delivered to the Board Treasurer
• ALA proposal has been submitted by Galen & Kathy
• Project Management for Outreach
  • Some small discussion (negative reviews of Trello / Jira; potential pitch for github Projects)
  • Full discussion tabled til December meeting
