These are the tasks we committed to for the summer of 2009:

• determine a meeting schedule
• establish an initial timeline
• write a scope/purpose statement
• draft a participant guide
• examine existing documentation guidance documents
• start a style guide - early draft available in DocBook XML and HTML
• do a proof of concept in DocBook
• research an initial toolset
• deliver orientation & basic training
• perform an environmental scan of existing documentation
• plan a needs assessment

We are also the home of a project to migrate the current Evergreen website to Drupal.
