 +These guidelines were developed by the Evergreen Reports Task Force.  They are intended to assist users in correctly selecting and running those reports submitted by the Evergreen community.

 +When you submit your report, please include the following:

 +  - A brief description of your report, including purpose and audience.  Include date of submission. 
 +  - The version number of the Evergreen software you are on at the time of report creation/submission 
 +  - If possible, data sources used in the creation of this report

 +  - Link to your library system's profile so that users can contact you for more information
