Evergreen DokuWiki

• This will be a joint meeting with DIG (Documentation Interest Group) to discuss portions of the official documentation that we may be able to work on together.

Needs:

• Review current official documentation in system administration and configuration areas
• Review launchpad bugs with documentation tag - https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bugs?field.tag=documentation

Tags:

• The "documentation" tag refers to changes that need to be made to the official documentation at https://docs.evergreen-ils.org/docs/latest/index.html
• Use new "docs-code" tag to differentiate documentation that needs to be done in the code, in a README, or elsewhere on the server side
• Use new "devreview" tag to indicate documentation that needs additional review by a developer familiar with the code
• If a pullrequest needs changes to the official docs that have not been included, create a new launchpad ticket with the "documentation" tag for it. Often the developer will include a release note .adoc file that can inform the official documentation.

Submitting Doc Updates:

• Official docs can be updated along with a pullrequest by adding files to Evergreen\docs\modules

• Docs can be submitted using either github or through the normal git submission process to your working directory
