Minutes

  • Web Site, Current (Stephanie) -
    • New content outline / wireframe - updated 2/5/25 to use document tabs for separate pages
      • Please review Community & Support pages by the end of the month
      • Rogan will add the paid support vendor list
      • Andrea will return to the Community page and add more content
    • Test site (let Stephanie know if you can't log in)
    • Video library for WordPress import is mostly done - content starts at 2021
      • Discussed adding manual or automatic tagging to older content / outdated content
  • Recruitment is an issue - we will give a lightning talk at the 2025 conference about this
  • Press releases (Andrea)
    • Upcoming for 3.15, following conference
    • Late Feb: Pre-conference PR following the schedule announcement
      • Keynote & other speakers
      • Strategic Plan
      • Registration links & info
  • Content Management for Outreach
    • There is no good tool on the market for what we need
    • Considering using Google Docs / Sheets for this
    • Rogan, Stephanie, & Ruth will report back on this at the March meeting
  • 2024 Annual Report - Outline
    • Assignments for content are in the sheet
    • Outreach will be doing content only - Corey @ Green Vegan will do layout and design
    • Content deadline Friday Feb 21st
