Evergreen Outreach Committee Meeting July 1, 2026

Outreach did not meet this month, and instead submitted updates via email.

Rogan Hamby:

I'm in the process of moving the Hack-A-Way over to the events committee (probably not correct name) so my big thing for the agenda today is formalizing that the Outreach Committee is good with PINES hosting the Hack-A-Way this year. They are our only active request to host and I think they will be an excellent match. My vote is in affirmation of it.

Debbie Luchenbill:

Very happy to have PINES host the Hackaway! I don’t really have much to report, other than I got the YouTube set up and added the community meetings to it, but haven’t gotten to the rest. Full merch count coming after the full move next week.

Andrea Buntz Neiman:

I sent out the 3.17 press release yesterday, to Marshall per usual, and it's here: https://librarytechnology.org/pr/32722. I also started the conversation with Corey but I need to pick that back up and give the annual report a full review, as well as send her a couple pics from last year (I don't have many so if you have any please send them along!)

Kathy Lussier

As part of my Membership Committee work, I created a new page listing our project members and also posted it to our social media accounts to celebrate the success of the membership program. I also posted the Member webinar recording over our social media accounts. I somehow missed a social media post for the last point release, but I have started looking into setting up automatic posts through the web site's RSS feed.

I have started the process of a new support provider page by sending a request to eligible service providers to fill out this form. I had hoped to release it today, but I am still waiting to hear back from one service provider. In the meantime, we just received a new service-provider membership that will need to be added to the form. I am hopeful I can get this page added to the web site next week.
