Help with Evergreen Community Survey Questions

Systems vs. Branches

Example:

The Evergreen Consortium is made up of the following libraries:

  • Cedar County Public Libraries - this county library system has seven branches. (1 system, 7 branches)
  • Tsuga Public Library System - this library system has a main library with two branches and a bookmobile, for a total of four service locations. (1 system, four branches)
  • Douglas Public Library - a standalone public library with no additional service locations (1 system, 1 branch)
  • Frasier Community College Libraries - an academic library system with libraries at each of its two campuses. (1 system, 2 branches)

This consortium has four systems (question 7). Each governing agency (Cedar County, Tsuga, Douglas, and Frasier Community College) is counted as a system.

This consortium has 14 branches (question 8). There are seven service locations in Cedar County, four in Tsuga, one in Douglas, and two at Frasier Community College.
