This is where a developer who has added a new feature to Evergreen adds that feature to the list of permissions users can be given. Do not add or remove items from this page unless you are certain you know what you're doing.

If you just want to change which users have permission to use existing features, the correct configuration page is User Groups and Group Permissions.
