  • Web Site, Current (Stephanie) - Rogan reported that board wanted to wait until after conference but there may be a preview.
  • Press releases (Katherine) - no report
  • Social Media (Kathryn) - sub topic, Conference Social Media
    • Kathryn reported back on some services would allow for scheduled posting to Facebook and BlueSky
      • Post Scheduler

      • Fedica (previously Tweetmap)

        • 10 Scheduled posts
      • Rogan reported that it was beneficial to have scheduled posts because of obligation for sponsor social media blasts
      • Gina brought in list of sponsor shout out needs for social media
      • Ruth volunteered to schedule posts and will set up account at https://fedica.com/.
      • Rogan will help Ruth with BlueSky.
  • 2023 Annual Report (Rogan)
    • Rogan asked for any additional feedback on the draft annual report.
    • No major changes are likely to happen but minor changes will be.
    • Kathy will provide additional images
  • Vendor Cleanup - Emerald re-added it, BCCoop's was found.
    • Rogan reported that he had not heard from Catalyte and will give them a little longer before removing them from the list.

New

  • Rogan announced that NOBLE has agreed to host the 2024 Hack-a-way in Massachusetts.

Additional

  • Steven asked about the best place to leave website feedback.
    • Stephanie explained some of the backstory and provenance of our current site and approach to overhauling it.
    • The group talked about the live website, development website, and wireframe document.
  • Debbie mentioned an email on the outreach list about list moderators and asked who to contact about being removed as a moderator.
