DIG Tentative Meeting Schedule - 2019

Meetings are held in the Evergreen IRC channel. Current and future DIG participants are encouraged to attend, and any interested members of the Evergreen Community are welcome as well. For updates, notifications, and discussion please sign up for the Evergreen Documentation Discussion List. All meetings are at 2pm Eastern, 11am Pacific in IRC unless otherwise noted.

January 3rd, 2019 - half agenda items, half time working on docs

February 7th, 2019 - a chance to come together to write documentation

March 7th, 2019 - half agenda items, half time working on docs

April 2019 - in person at the 2019 Evergreen International Conference, time/date/location to-be determined

June 6th, 2019 - a chance to come together to write documentation

This meeting will be held on the #evergreen channel on the Freenode IRC network (http://evergreen-ils.org/irc.php) beginning at 2pm EDT/ 11am PDT. Current and future DIG participants are encouraged to attend, and any interested members of the Evergreen Community are welcome as well. For updates, notifications, and discussion please sign up for the Evergreen Documentation Discussion List.

Note:

At the May 2018 Documentation Interest Group meeting in person at EIC 2018 in St. Charles, Missouri, it was agreed that DIG meetings would alternate each month between meetings that were half agenda, half collaboration in one month and a full meeting length of working on the documentation in the other month. October's meeting is the first of these full meeting worth of working on documentation.
