3. Business:
   1. We will catch up on most action items and other business at the next DIG meeting
   2. Style question: Should we use "&" or "and" in the documentation? - We decided on "and" unless the "&" was specifically in Evergreen. Jennifer P. updated the Style Guide.
   3. Authority control contribution: Advanced Authority Docs Bug 1944205 - DIG folks will look at the patch and comment on the bug and/or sign off on it. General excitement about having better Authority documentation!
   4. Evergreen Hack-a-way is October 25-27. We will have a documentation room and folks around to help people with getting started, if needed - We can make clear how someone can just contribute screenshots - and what screenshots need updating (in the "contributing documentation" documentation, too)

5. Next meeting is November 4, 2021, on IRC. It will be a business meeting.

Note:

At the May 2018 Documentation Interest Group (DIG) meeting in person at the Evergreen International Conference in St. Charles, Missouri, it was agreed that DIG meetings would alternate each month between meetings that were half agenda, half collaboration in one month, and a full meeting length of working on the documentation in the other month.

At the November 2020 DIG meeting on IRC, it was agreed that DIG would move the collaboration/working months to a videoconference platform and continue having the business meetings on IRC.
