• We discussed how consortium manage and clean up reports. Suggestions include:
  • Set up chron jobs to delete outputs and non-recurring reports after a set period of time
  • Include the source as well as the paths for display fields and filter fields in the description
  • Include the Evergreen version in the template name to know create time at a glance.
  • Run reports on your unused templates to delete those unnecessary ones.
  • Run reports on the template/report history to delete recurring or ones from inactive staff.
  • Use the documentation url to share additional instructions
  • Review permissions and who can run/build/share templates.
  • Be aware that migrated data will impact how you use reports, especially for weeding purposes.
  • Review the differences in functionality between Simple Reports and full Reports.
  • Review the use of nullability especially for reports using Statistical Categories
