Evergreen Outreach Committee Meeting 4 p.m. Eastern, 1 p.m. Pacific

Attendees: Lorne Churchill, Blake Graham-Henderson, Rogan Hamby, Debbie Luchenbill, Sarah Moody, Andrea Buntz Neiman (Minutes)

Meeting called to order at 4:03pm ET

• Web server (Blake)
  • Blake has created a searchable "database" of conference presentations
  • Uses the DataTable WordPress plugin which parses a csv file
  • This did not work because our server was missing a package, which Blake was able to update thanks to Chris
  • Blake wants to know if he can upgrade the website to also use this plugin - Andrea & Rogan directed him to Infrastructure Committee, with the blessing of Outreach
  • Conference Committee should update the data but the full process is still TBD

  • Question from Debbie: Conference does not have a social media person. Who will handle this?
    • Outreach can handle posting as long as they have an information sheet from Outreach
    • Advised that Kathy be looped in on this conversation
• Youtube Site (Debbie)
  • Still pending
  • Question from Debbie: can the YouTube account be under her community email or should it be a generic account? Debbie doesn't have a preference. General agreement is that it's OK to use her community email.

• Annual Report (Rogan)
  • Assignments were given
  • Content deadline: Friday February 20th
  • Debbie will talk to BJ about the possibility of printing it locally via KCLS resources

• Lorne announced special online-only content for the online conference
