+Direct MOBIUS to cancel the contract with Loews Kansas City hotel for hosting the 2021 Evergreen Conference, and further, direct MOBIUS to make a payment of the contents of our Commerce checking account--less any amounts needed to keep the accounts in existence--as a good faith payment to the hotel. In addition, we will not be planning to have the 2022 Conference at the Loews Kansas City hotel.\\
