* I am Evergreen (Ron / Rogan) - We have videos, Project time line isn't formed yet but I will do a full review of the videos and begin extracting some short social media clips (~15 to ~30 seconds) for the participants to review by July 1st. These may not be production ready yet as they will need title graphics, etc…
* Conference Merchandise (Debbie)
* Social Media (Rogan) - Content is queued up on Twitter. Anyone who has ideas for posts feel free to send them my way. Making an effort to consistently use graphics and hashtags for increased exposure.
* Budget - We need to put together a budget proposal for next year but the new organization also needs to settle in a bit so we need to gather numbers and have them ready for when the new board is ready to act on them. Current expenses: ALA, Annual Report Printing, Buttons?
