  • Proceeding; another round of feedback to be integrated
  • Andrea to redo one of the "Committed to Evergreen" graphs in shades of blue
  • General agreement that we're making progress towards the "more pretty, less wordy" goal
  • Aiming for electronic distribution the week of the conference
• Community Spotlight (Andrea)
  • Terran was March's Community Spotlight
  • April's Community Spotlight nominee has been selected; Andrea will reach out to them
• Press releases (Ron)
  • Looking for Press Release material; send any to Ron if you have it
  • Will work on a press release re conference cancellation and other COVID-related issues
• ALA Meetup (Debbie)
  • No ALA, no meetup
  • Potentially a virtual event June 24-26
• Conference Merchandise (Debbie)
  • Nothing to report
• LITA blog post and/or webinar?
  • Still on Andrea's list but no action to report at this time

New Business

• Volunteers for helping organize a virtual conference
  • Rogan, Andrea, Debbie (small things / continuity), Ruth (small things), Kean
  • Possibilities: ask for donations; institutional sponsorship (via teleconf software or otherwise?); reach out to presenters and ask if they want to do virtual presentations
  • Recordings (pending presenter / audience agreement) which will be posted on YouTube
  • Andrea: Start brainstorming doc –> HERE
  • Debbie: Will communicate with Conference Committee & share list of presenters
