  • 2021 Conference (Andrea)
    • Committee assembled, first meeting Friday 12/4
  • 2020 Annual Report (Rogan & Andrea) - soliciting feedback
    • Nothing really to report
    • Holding pattern waiting on conference dates
  • Review of the Hopin.to Event and Compare to Zoom for future events
    • Will take up most of this discussion at the Conference meeting on Friday

WIKI Clean Up Project

  • Follow up on action item - Combine Evergreen & Technical FAQ w/ website and deprecate (Rogan) - this is finished
  • Follow up on action item - Indexing page (Andrea) - still pending
  • Follow up on action item - Preparing to Migrate page (Jennifer) - still pending - probably will move the finished product over to the website

New Business

  • Video for Hatch - Gina will work on this and send a draft to the Outreach list
