  • 2020 Annual Report (Andrea, Rogan)
    • Template for 8.5 x 11 layout created
    • Content assignments:
      • Community Spotlights: Andrea will keep this (ask for headshots!)
      • Nonprofit: Debbie will talk to Anna and Galen
      • Committees: Jennifer will wrangle this
      • Committers: Andrea will data-mine; Ruth will create infographics
      • Releases: Ron will mine 2020's press releases for this content
      • New Libraries: Ruth will take the lead on this
      • Donors: People & orgs that directly donated to TEP in 2020; Rogan will reach out to each person and org asking for permission to share their names
    • Initial content due March 31
  • Merchandise (Debbie, Rogan)
    • Will be discussed more fully at Friday's Conference Committee meeting
    • New quote t-shirt?
      • Rogan will pull current pinesol list (214 quotes)
      • Andrea will put together a culled long-list for Outreach review
