DIG Agenda - Thursday, November 6, 2014

This meeting will be held on the #evergreen channel on the Freenode IRC network (http://evergreen-ils.org/irc.php) beginning at 2:00 PM EST. Current and future DIG participants are encouraged to attend, and any interested members of the Evergreen Community are welcome as well. For updates, notifications, and discussion please sign up for the Evergreen Documentation Discussion List.

    1. old action items from previous meeting minutes
      1. yboston start a thread on DIG mailing list on targeting small older docuemntation tasks for the month of August; like working on 1 to 3 features from the 2.5 list between now and the next meeting?
    2. Think of ways to increase participation, create an informal survey, training during a DIG hack-a-way, or online DIG training sessions between conferences (by Yamil)
    3. brainstorming on survey draft (Yamil)
    4. following up on lingering 2.6 new features work (Yamil)
    5. Discuss any pending EG 2.7 issues
    6. Feedback to OPW candidate's doc site ideas (Kathy, Snigdha)

  1. kmlussier will check in on list to help move along pending 2.7 docs
  2. yboston will add agenda entry to November DIG meeting to check in on pending 2.7 docs
  3. remingtron will start a thread on DIG list on documenting the web client
  4. remingtron will create a wiki page to collect ideas for a docs re-org
  5. yboston kmlussier will work to allocate a VM for use by DIG memebres and OPW intern for DIG work
