The 2018 Hack-A-Way will be hosted by Equinox Open Library Initiative in Gwinnett County, part of the greater Atlanta metro area. The event will be held at the Infinite Energy Forum. The Forum building is one of several in the complex that includes an Arena. Parking is available from Satellite Blvd or Sugarloaf Parkway

We are expected in the room between 8:30 and 5:30 EST each day. Lunch and breakfast as well as coffee and water will be supplied in the meeting space each day courtesy of Equinox Open Library Initiative.

There are quite a few hotels within a very short drive but three are also close enough to walk to the forum from: The Holiday Inn Gwinnett Center and The Residence Inn Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf and the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE. All of these facilities are off Sugarloaf Parkway and convenient to a lot of amenities in NE Atlanta including close to Duluth which offers a variety of excellent dining options with a short drive.

Immediately around the conference center are numerous restaurants including Marlow's Tavern, Golden Seven (thai and chinese), Tin Lizzy's Cantina, Firehouse Subs and Arena Tavern.

Located in the same complex as the Infinity Energy Forum is the Hudgens Center for Art and Learning which offers several galleries with free admission 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Ten minutes driving from the Infinite Energy Center will bring folks to downtown Duluth with local dining and attractions such as PURE Tacqueria, Four Forks, Truck and Tap, Crave Pie, Good Word Brewing and Public House, 04W Pizza and while you can't get a meal there Simply Done Donuts has fresh mini donuts that are excellent.

Fifteen minutes drive in the other direction is Lawrenceville, GA a popular destination for shooting TV shows including Stranger Things, Atlanta, Walking Dead, Sleepy Hollow and Doom Patrol. Around their town square a number of establishments including Local Republic, McCray's Tavern, Universal Joint, Foggy Bottom BBQ, and Strange Taco Bar.
