- Write release notes for OpenSRF 1.6.2

- Mike Rylander to write release notes for Evergreen 1.6.1.5

- Mike Rylander to have ESI setup the Security Mailing List
- STATUS: Done
- ACTION: Dan Scott to provide some verbiage about the Security Mailing list on the mailing list page.
- Ben Shum to begin the release coordination team by organizing contact information for all volunteers involved with the release checklist positions.
- STATUS: Names have been added to a release team area on the release checklist page. Contact info forthcoming.
- We will use the open-ils-general mailing list for coordination with a
'RELEASE TEAM:
' subject prefix until such time as the Release Coordination list can be set up by GPLS.

- Anoop Atre to setup a post-2.0 development wiki page to summarize ideas/discussions.

- By request of Anoop Atre and Ben Shum, Dan Scott pointed at a mini-tutorial about how Evergreen wiki namespaces work.
- Evergreen release status:
- 1.6.1.x (current release = 1.6.1.6)
- Bugs targeted to 1.6.1.7
- Decision: Cut 1.6.1.7 after the handle_checkin_backdate change has been validated and committed.
- ACTION: Bill Erickson and Dan Wells volunteered to look at the handle_checkin_backdate bug.

- Bugs targeted to RC4
- Gold release?
- Decision: Cut 2.0.0 after the handle_checkin_backdate change has been validated and committed, and after dbwells debugs some of the typos that dbs committed in some i18n work the previous night.

- Recommendation: Process for bugs:
- When a bug is reported, review and apply a series target for it
- When someone takes ownership of the bug, set a milestone target once a probable fix and appropriate timeline has been identified

- Dan Scott has been working on a continuous integration server using buildbot, focusing on OpenSRF to begin with
