Evergreen Communications Committee

The Evergreen Communications Committee was formed at the 2010 Evergreen Conference. The goal of the committee is to identify existing information, communication, collaboration and community resources and provide guidelines to community about how to organize these resources to make it easier for community members to find and use them. Toward that end, the Communications Committee developed Participation Guidelines for Evergreen Communication Channels.

The Web Team developed from the Communications Committee. The focus of the Web Team is on improving the existing Evergreen website and to plan a larger web-based framework for the growing Evergreen community. The Web Team page is here: http://www.evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=webteam.

At the 2012 Evergreen Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana (April 24-28), the Web Team / Communications Committee decided to revive the Evergreen newsletter to better inform the Evergreen community regarding Evergreen happenings. These monthly newsletter issues can be found here.
