Evergreen Community Committee/Website Planning Team

This is the working page for the Communication Committee and the Evergreen Website Planning Team. We had spun off a long-term website planning team and were going to keep those activities separate from the Communications Committee work in general but we decided that everything we are doing is too intertwined so we are going to go back to simply being the Communications Committee (until someone thinks of something better). Here's what we're doing:

long-term planning to determine what the evergreen-ils.org site needs to be responsive to the wide range of Evergreen stakeholders - this work was formerly identified as the work of the "Web Team" or "Web Interest Group" or "WIG"
identifying short term adjustments that can be made to the existing website - no clever name for this group, it was just ongoing Communications Committee business
how best to use (or communicate when to use what) existing communication vehicles - more ongoing Communications Committee business

Meeting info:

EG Communication/Web Team meetings on Thursdays as needed (changed as of 2/27/11)
2pm EST /11am PST
First Thursday of the month will focus on broader Communication Committee matters
